Doing business online means more than just having a first-class website. In order to be successful in the digital world, you have to master all of the internet. You can’t leave it up to a couple of interns. You can’t read a single “for Dummies” book and learn this stuff. And you certainly can’t hope it will go away so you can get back to doing business the way you used to.

That was the past. This is the future. Get over it.

For over a decade, I’ve been helping companies, organizations and entrepreneurs make the successful migration to the online space. I built this site as a repository of information, information that will help you do business better. I’m not a designer. I’m not a developer. I’m a guy who sees connections and understands how small changes can lead to big results. I honestly think that all of this stuff is inherently understandable. And it has to be. Because it will make or break your business.
